  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily blocks deposits and excludes you from all promotional material for a set duration. Account access remains available to withdraw existing funds. Upon expiration, the account automatically reactivates.

  • Self-Exclusion Limit: Instantly disables your player account and removes you from all marketing lists for a defined timeframe. Deposits and gameplay are blocked. Upon expiration, the account reactivates automatically.

Adjusting Limits: Decreases to personal limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase or remove a limit incur a mandatory cooling-off period and require explicit email confirmation to prevent impulsive decisions.

2.2 Self-Exclusion Requests

Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by emailing support@neospin-canada.org.

  • Account Status & Funds: During active self-exclusion, login access is blocked. Remaining balances can be withdrawn by contacting support via email.

  • KYC Requirements: Self-exclusion does not waive mandatory identity verification (KYC) procedures required prior to processing payouts.

  • Withdrawal Terms: Standard casino withdrawal limits and processing procedures apply to all remaining funds.
